If you would like to request a product that you do not see on our website just send an e-mail to support@extremetechshop.com and one of our associates will help you find the item(s) you need.
How many days will it take to ship my order?
It will take on average 1-3 business days to process your order then it will take around 7-14 business days for your order to be delivered
What carrier do you use to ship your orders?
We use a combination of EMS Express Shipping and Hong Kong Post Airmail
Where are your items shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong unless stated otherwise
What payment types do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, bank transfters through paypal only
Do you have a refund policy?
Extremetechshop will only offer refunds in special conditions
What happens if my order is defective or damaged?
If you have a defective or damaged item on arrival please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an RMA so we can exchange your product'(s)
If i don't like the item can i return it?
Under normal circumstances we do not offer refunds
How are your prices so low?
We purchase inventory in bulk and store them in our warehouse which we rent for a low cost, so we can pass the savings onto you the consumer
How come shipping is only $1.00 anywhere around the world?
We have a contract with Hong Kong Post to ship large amounts of items daily which means we get a better deal on shipping
